Magical Movement

In this 2.5 hour workshop and gathering, Heather (500 CYT) and Emily (200 CYT) will lead the group through meditation, movement and ritual to celebrate the turning of the wheel into Yule.

We honor Yule tradition by gathering together and celebrating the return of the sun from the darkness of winter and the rebirth of the year. Beginning with a grounding meditation, we will set the stage for a restorative yoga practice throughout which we will weave the intention and dharma that Yule evokes. After our practice, we will shift our attention to a simple, seasonal conscious craft and snacks. To close our sacred circle, there will be a gratitude and intention setting ritual.

This combination of nature-based magic and the ancient practice of yoga is something that we feel is aligned in the greater scope of mystical and spiritual wisdoms. With deep bows to the specific people groups and wisdom traditions of each world, we seek to integrate, and to open ourselves to the Truths encoded in everything.
