About The Event

Join instructor Shelly Saunier for a Gentle Yin Yoga practice followed by an extended Savasana with healing crystal singing bowls. This practice is suitable for all levels and will also include a 1 card Tarot reading.

Shelly is an Intuitive Yoga guide that helps create the space for you to find the space within yourself- not only through the practice but also through the use of the Tarot. The Tarot is used as a reflective tool to bring more self-love and self-awareness to help integrate the entire experience to empower your path.
