Today, she teaches yoga in her community, travels internationally, has online classes and hosts yoga retreats around the globe.

Salila Thuy, Registered nurse and yoga teacher who aspires to bridge the gap between western & eastern medicine. She integrates her expertise in modern medicine alongside alternative preventative healthcare such as mindfulness, movement, & non-toxic plant based oils to enhance performance or to help alleviate common everyday ailments.
